A nice new pool establishment in the Herndon area. A cousin of the same named place
in Ballston, Virginia. With some local ales running at the bar, plenty of pool tables,
dart boards and foosball tables to keep most happy. Nice alternative to some other local
bars and pool halls in the Herndon vicinity. On the weekends the place is generally hopping.
Give it a try. Lets keep this one around so we have a choice in Herndon.

This Carpool is owned by the same group that run the Ballston watering hole by the same name.
Billiards, beer and bar food at this place and "The Pool" successfully carries it weight on all counts.
The pool tables are nicely manicured for all you billiard aficionados (Italian for being a purist...I think) out there.
A few games of pool on a school night will set you back a modest amount of money, but expect to pay more on Friday and Saturday night.
The food here is pretty good, by the way. Try the appetizers, especially the hot wings.
Most of the appetizers are standard types of fare like chicken tenders and the like.
The Ballston location has a variety of barbeque items, but alas, the Herndon location does not.
Beer is fairly cheap and always cold, so don't be shy about ordering from the plentiful choice of micro-brews and bottled beer.
Service is done with a smile and there is plenty of room for your drinkin' buddies and dates since the dining area is separate from the pool hall.
Sure to please and satisfy, the Carpool should be one stop definitely marked on you map.
