A very good place for reasonably priced ribs. There are other items on the menu, but for my money, you come here for the
ribs. A couple of different types of ribs and sauces accent this menu and leave the choices up to you. Bring a wetnap and
dig in.

H.I. Ribsters has been an Annandale Landmark for years. Hard to miss because of its location on Route 236 and endless
scent of ribs that transform the immediate area into a big barbecue. If its ribs you want, it is ribs you will find. The ribs here
are pretty good, although not the best I've ever had, you can count on a consistently good offering of either baby-back
ribs or a meatier St. Louis rib. The sauce is tasty and the bread pretty fresh. You can order the usual fried fare of onion loaf
or french fries. Plan on getting out of there for about thirty bucks if you have a couple of beers to go along with
everything. Definitely my choice for good ribs.
