This is more of a buffet styled restaurant than a fancy sit down
place. While the food is better than average and with the buffet,
you can stuff yourself silly, my money goes to Hogates next door
and O'Donells over in Bethesda. Quality wise, Phillips can't
hold a candle to them. But, if you're looking for quantity with
your seafood, you won't be disappointed here at Phillips. There
are numerous food stations serving quite the variety of seafood
items. And, as a bonus, they have many dishes outside of the
seafood arena. So if your companion(s) don't care for seafood
too much, they still have plenty to choose from on the buffet
or menu.
